Beginning Yoga
(Mixed Levels)
Beginning Yoga is for anyone at any level. It offers the basic poses emphasizing strength, stability, and balance. Instructors offer modifications to build upon those foundations to make your poses more intense.
Gentle Yoga
Accessible gentle yoga where you can practice on your mat, using a chair or on the wall for extra support. Improves flexibility, increases strength, coordination, balance and concentration.
Kundalini Meditation
Chanting, singing, breathing exercises, and card readings to activate your Kundalini energy (shakti), a spiritual energy that's said to be located at the base of your spine.
Restorative Yoga
Gentle, slow, and still yoga that involves long, passive holds in a series of 4-6 restful poses. Introducing props for support deepens your experience and increases relaxation and release.
Body Sculpt
A mixture of yoga, pilates, and barre with mindful breath, this class is a full body workout using body resistance, light weights, bands, and a ball. It's suitable for all fitness levels of endurance and strength.
Vinyasa Flow
Sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. A moving meditation that creates strength, freedom, and fluidity in the body and mind.
Warrior Flow
Series of standing lunge yoga postures that build balance, stability, and muscle strength in your core, hips, legs, arms, and upper back.
Yin Yoga
Slow-paced practice focused on increasing circulation in the joints. Most poses are mat based and held for longer periods of time to improve flexibility.
